Halloween Returns to The "Rain or shine," the parade will usher costumes, floats, giant creatures of the night, zombies, and marching bands (and who knows what else) down a half-mile route that starts at Mini Mart City Park, flows past Oxbow Park, and concludes at Star Brass Works Lounge. The Downtown Candy Crawl is a FREE family-friendly event where kids and adults alike can put on their favorite costumes and enjoy an afternoon of trick-or-treating at local businesses.
